Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your SŌVN Restore Sculpt™, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To maintain hygiene standards, refunds are available for products that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.

No long explanations needed we stand behind our product.


Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking)
  • The item must be purchased directly from our official store
  • The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo (if the item arrived damaged)

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.


Return Shipping

Return shipping depends on the situation:

Damaged or incorrect item
We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Changed your mind / not for you
You may be asked to return the item.
Customer covers return shipping.

Opened or worn items
Due to hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn, washed, or altered is generally not eligible for refund unless defective.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
  • Banks may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect funds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or color, simply request a refund and place a new order.
